Terms of Use
1. Service
This site is operated by an independent visitor service holding reserved allocations of guided tour slots at Neuschwanstein Castle and adjacent royal castles administered by the Bayerische Schlösserverwaltung. It is not owned by, or officially affiliated with, the Bayerische Schlösserverwaltung or the Ticket Center Hohenschwangau.
2. Purchase and confirmation
Bookings are binding upon successful payment. A confirmation email with e-ticket QR code is sent within a few seconds. Should a reserved slot become unavailable between purchase and confirmation, we will automatically issue a full refund within 5 banking days.
3. Cancellation and refunds
Free cancellation with full refund is possible up to 24 hours before the booked slot. Within 24 hours the booking is non-refundable. Rebooking to a different date/slot is possible up to 4 hours before the original slot, at no extra fee, subject to availability.
4. On-site rules
Photography inside the castle is not permitted. Backpacks, prams and animals are not admitted. Late arrivals (more than 5 minutes after the printed slot) may forfeit their tour. Please arrive at the castle courtyard at least 15 minutes before your slot.
5. Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount actually paid for the affected booking. We are not liable for missed slots caused by weather closures, traffic delays or force majeure. Where required by mandatory law, statutory consumer rights are not affected.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Federal Republic of Germany, without reference to conflict-of-law provisions.
